Full Event Production Orange County
& Southern California
End-to-end event production: concept, design, equipment, professional crew, and run-of-show. From the first creative meeting to the final bow — we handle every detail.
What We Provide
Sometimes you don’t want to be the one coordinating the audio rental with the lighting rental with the LED wall company with the engineer. You want to call ONE company, tell them the vision and the date, and trust they’ll deliver. That’s full event production.
We handle the design (what the show looks and sounds like), the equipment (which fixtures, what speakers, how big the LED wall), the crew (FOH engineer, LD, VJ, riggers, stage manager), and the run-of-show on event day. Your job is to enjoy the event you’re hosting.
Premium Brands We Deploy
Full production means we own every technical decision — and we own them at touring-grade quality. Our productions deploy:
- Production design meeting — we map out what the show looks, sounds, and feels like
- Equipment package built around premium brands — Meyer Sound & L-Acoustics audio, ROE / Absen LED, Robe / Martin / Claypaky lighting
- Console-tier programming — DiGiCo or Yamaha CL for audio, GrandMA3 or Hog 4 for lighting, Brompton for video
- Full professional crew — FOH and monitor engineers, lighting designer, VJ, ETCP-certified riggers, stage manager
- Run-of-show coordination on event day — load-in, soundcheck, show, load-out
- Vendor coordination — we work alongside your venue, planner, caterer, and broadcast crew
- Bilingual production for Vietnamese-American events (English + Vietnamese on the headset)
- Single point of contact — one project manager owns the production end-to-end
- Full liability insurance covers installation and operation
For productions requiring brands or specifications beyond our owned inventory, we sub-rent through our regional partner network — the project gets the right gear regardless of what’s on our shelves.

Common Use Cases
Full production is the right choice when (a) the event is high-stakes and you can’t afford show-day failures, (b) you don’t have an in-house technical director, (c) you want a single accountable team rather than coordinating four different vendors. It’s the most expensive option per dollar of equipment — and it’s also the most predictable. Predictability is what you’re paying for at major events.
Frequently Asked Questions
Equipment rental gets you gear. Full production gets you the gear PLUS the people who design, install, and run it — and a project manager who owns the outcome. You make one phone call, not five.
Lead time scales with complexity. Small events can come together in 2-3 weeks. Mid-size productions typically need 6-8 weeks. Festival-scale or broadcast productions need 3-6 months. Earlier is always better — premium gear, premium crew, premium engineers all get booked first by the people who plan first.
Yes — most often. Planners handle the timeline, decor, catering, and guest experience. We handle the technical production. Good planners love working with us because we never become their problem.
Always custom. Every event is different. We quote based on venue, creative scope, equipment needs, and crew structure. The proposal is itemized so you can see what you're paying for and where there's flexibility.
Yes — we've produced televised Vietnamese music specials, live-streamed concerts, and corporate keynotes with multi-camera broadcast feeds. The audio mix, video routing, and LED-wall integration all go through certified broadcast workflow.
