Stage & Truss Rental Orange County
& Southern California
Modular stage decks, ramps, stairs, skirting, and box-truss systems. Safe, professional structure for events of any size. Setup and breakdown by certified riggers.
What We Provide
Before the lights go on and the band plays, someone has to build the stage they’re standing on. Our stage and truss rental covers everything from small modular decks for awards shows to full festival main-stage builds with overhead truss for lighting and LED.
Every stage installation is performed by certified riggers — there are real safety and structural standards involved, especially when overhead truss is loaded with heavy lighting. We carry liability coverage for crewed installations.
Premium Brands We Deploy
Our stage and rigging inventory uses industry-standard brands and engineered installation:
- Modular stage decks — 4'x4' and 4'x8' sections, multiple leg heights, full ADA accessibility
- Ramps, stairs, skirting, hand-railings — all to ADA and venue code where applicable
- Tomcat, Total Structures, and Tyler GT truss systems for overhead lighting and LED
- Truss towers and ground-support systems for stand-alone overhead rigging
- CM Lodestar and ColumbusMcKinnon chain hoists with rated motor controllers
- Roof and weather-protection systems for outdoor events (advance booking required)
- Generators for outdoor power tied directly to your stage and PA
- ETCP-certified riggers for all overhead and elevated installations
For exceptionally large or complex stage builds (festival main stages, multi-deck configurations), we partner with regional staging companies to engineer the project from the ground up.

Common Use Cases
Wherever performers, speakers, or video screens need to be elevated, you need a stage — and wherever lighting or LED hangs above an audience, you need engineered rigging. We deploy small modular platforms for wedding ceremonies and award presentations, multi-deck stages for casino theater shows, runway-style fashion stages, conference keynote stages with integrated LED, and festival main stages with overhead truss carrying complete lighting and video rigs. The structure is always engineered to the specific show — including weight loading, audience flow, and venue-specific safety codes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Permits are usually the venue's responsibility, but we can help you understand requirements. For street fairs and outdoor public events, you typically need a permit from the city — we can guide you through that conversation.
Small modular stages: 1-2 hours. Mid-size with truss: 3-4 hours. Festival-scale: full day or more. We'll give you accurate timing in your quote.
Yes — our decks are rated for live load. We'll spec leg height and bracing for grand pianos, drum risers, or other heavy loads.
Limited roof systems available — these need 4-6 weeks advance booking. Most outdoor events use pop-up canopies (not full stage roofs) for weather backup.
Yes — we rent truss separately for backdrop systems, photo walls, or truss-only installations. Full safety installation is required for overhead loads.
